ANNETTE MOUTON

An adventurer and leading edge knowledge junky, she veered off the road to a PHD in psychology to become a lawyer and began her career in Los Angeles at Orrick in public finance, helping municipalities pass bonds and levies. She chose to relocate to the beautiful Northwest and make it her home. She continued her focus on public and private finance at Perkins Coie and Foster Pepper. She honed her systemic organizational development skills serving as Assistant Executive Director at Camp Fire Boys and Girls before returning to the practice of law on her terms. Annette is a certified mediator and has extensive training in team building grounded in scientific brain function profiling.

Commercial law and in-house legal management are Annette’s specialties. She’s got an eye for details and some seriously practical problem-solving skills. Her creative problem-solving side makes her crave opportunities to help innovative companies reach their goals. She is well versed in a range of sectors and phases of the business life cycle, corporate law, seed-round and early stage financings and intellectual property.
